Alright, so maybe I'm just stupid. But after downloading a workshop map, and starting up climbey. I make my way over to the map console. Smack the button of the map I want. And look up, see that it's on the board overhead. Some writing below me says to open menu and hit start. Well, I open menu but there is no "start" button. Not sure how to even start the custom maps...
