I am asking for a refund for the game and all DLS I purchased!
I haven't been able to play your game for almost a year now. I'm not interested in the explanation that I need to install Win10 or newer to be able to play your game! I bought this game. I played it and also invested a lot of money in DLC for this game. Since I paid for it and I can't use it because the game still doesn't work on my Win7 64bit, I ask for my money back. I will uninstall this game and remove it from my game library forever.
And of course I tried every way to get it working. Also from your website "www" -

I'm pretty sure you know that these tips won't work on Win7 64bit. Because you've probably been paid to abandon that operating system!
I kindly ask for a quick and positive consideration of my request! Thank you.

Sorry to inform you that you missed the refund time limit a long time ago.

Microsoft made a commitment to provide 10 years of product support for Windows 7 when it was released on October 22, 2009. This 10-year period has now ended, and Microsoft has discontinued Windows 7 on January 14, 2020, At that time Microsoft offered a free upgrade to Windows 10 if your computer had compatible hardware. I don't know why people like you didn't take advantage of the ability to upgrade to Win10 for free.

Microsoft has announced they will end support for Win10 on October 14, 2025.

If you can still upgrade to Win10 you will then be able to upgrade to Win11 for free. But you need to know that the hardware requirements for Win11 is higher than most Win7 machines can handle.

BTW, I bought my wife's laptop before Win10 was released. There was a sticker on the box stating it was compatible with Win10. So, once Win10 was released I upgraded from Win7 to Win10, then to Win11 when it was released, but it was a high end gaming laptop when I bought it new for myself. I didn't have to pay for the Win10 upgrade nor did I have to pay for the Win11 upgrade.

I remember when Microsoft announced the release of Win 10 they said it will be the last OS upgrade you will ever need.

Hello.
My operating system works VERY STABLE. There are no spying things in it. I have no problems with it. Everything always works stably, efficiently and without any problems. It is not susceptible to any viruses etc. I configured everything myself and I am very happy with Win7. I have no need or intention to change it. And of course I know everything you wrote.

Thank you for your comment above, but it has nothing to do with what I wrote. All my other games from Steam start without problems. Only this one, which I have played for over 580 hours and which is one of my favorite games, does not start at all. I think the reason may be the need to use DirectX12? Although the game page on Steam still states that the game can run on Win7. Which is NOT TRUE! Regards.

Once you are past the 2week mark or 2hours of gameplay, most refunds will be refused. That's Steam's policy. End of story. Whether the game starts or not is irrelevant. If you have an issue with that, go to Steam forums as Steam is responsible for refunds.

Here you won't be getting any assistance.

Yes, I know and thank you. That's why I'm writing to the game producer.
And I realize they may not respond. But maybe they'll at least read this?!

I mean i loved Win7 as much as anyone, but you can spy proof win10 to. Its time to move on man, because the problem you are having with just this game, is going to get much worse and saverly limit your choice of games you will be able to play on Steam drastically very soon.

I could be wrong but I don't think the developers read the Steam forums.

How did your refund go? I'm genuinely curious as I'm considering requesting a refund too, for the very same reason. I paid for the game and many DLCs and suddenly it not only no longer works, but also I'm unable to download and use a version that did work on my hardware.

As stated on the game's Steam Store page: "Starting January 1st, 2024, the Steam Client will only support Windows 10 and later versions." This is a Steam issue, not the game's.
