Graphics Improvement Mod

Hey guys,
I've reworked the visual elements of Caesar IV so the game looks nice in modern hardware. This mod significantly improves the shadows, water, and wind effects in the game.

I'm not able to download it, getting error "Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG"

Did you try another browser?

It turns out to be an ISP issue not a browser. Anyway having tested it, It appears that my graphics card is not powerfull enough to use the extra settings. So I will have to do without for the time being, maybe someone else with a better card can give feedback.

I sent a request for you on steam, might work on a new version that allows a better performance.
