Oyun Açılmıyor / Doesn't Open

Selam, Hi!

Oyunu indirdim ama launch'a tıkladığımda hiçbir şey olmuyor. Silip, yeniden yükledim ama o da olmadı. Program Files(86)'dan yönetici olarak çalıştırmayı da denedim ama RegistelDell'den sonra Ceaser IV'e o şekilde komut vermek istediğimde D3DX9_29.DLL bulunamadı diyor.

Yardımcı olmanız mümkün mü? Ben bilgisayar dilinden anlayan biri değilim, bu sebeple adım adım yönlendirmeniz gerekir.

I downloaded the game but when I click launch nothing happens. I deleted and reinstalled but that didn't work either. I also tried running it as administrator from Program Files(86), but when I try to command Ceaser IV that way after RegistelDell, it says D3DX9_29.DLL not found.

Is it possible for you to help me? I'm not computer literate, so you'll have to guide me step by step.

Maalesef hiçbiri işe yaramadı. Unfortunately, none of them worked. :(

The file that is missing is a Direct X DLL and it should be located in the directory C:\windows\System32
This is part of the DirectX which you should be installing from the Microsoft website.
Go there are and search for "d3dx9_29.dll download"
It should be top of the list and needs to be installed. it should say " DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer "
