I'm having an issue where the blue orb is constantly moving to the left of the screen. It makes selecting levels difficult and beating levels even harder.

I think I have this very same problem, makes the game unplayable-- I am constantly moving towards the top-left. Any solutions?

Thanks for pointing this out to us. We weren't aware of the issue.

Any further information you can provide us with? Have you been playing with a controller, keyboard or touch controls? Does this always happen - even after restarting?
Every detail is super helpful!

Thank you :Ellipsis:

Thanks for the reply, I'm playing with my laptop keyboard (and external mouse, though the problem persists even if on trackpad) on Windows 10. The issues always happens including after restarting. I don't have this peculiar issue with any other games/programs.

Another strange part of the issue, I don't know if it's the same with Meatwad...when I first open the game, there's a flickering in the booter, as if some arrow key is being held down. It's difficult to explain but I recorded and uploaded it for you to have a look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3twD92ahVg

Please ask if there's any other bits of info that will help, I'm not particularly literate when it comes to these things!

Thank you for pointing this out and recording the video. We're currently looking into this and will let you know as soon as this is fixed! Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll make sure to resolve the issue asap :steamhappy:

Same issue here. It's like on some frames the "cursor" gets infinite speed in the direction you're moving. Happens once every 3 attempts. Annoying.

Hello everyone, dev here. Thank you for reporting this issue. We have unfortunately been struggling to reproduce this error (which makes it difficult to fix).

It would be great if you could provide us a bit more details, wherever possible:
- Does this issue (infinite speed) happen to you on every level you play? If so, can you please send us your pc specs.
- Is it specific to a level?
- Does it happen again after you restart the game?
- If it happens only occasionally but 100% reproducible, could you please give us a step-by-step instructions to repeat it? Or a video capture?

Thanks for your help and my apologies for the frustration.

One level I'm on (why don't they have names or at least designated numbers) has bombs that don't explode, and therefore is impossible to get the 5-orb

Could you please post a screenshot of the map and/or the level?

Figured out that one, you have to touch one of the spikes on purpose to get it to explode and then dash away.

Here's another problem for you; sometimes when you complete a level, instead of winning the game just freeze for a while until something hits you

Are you able to reproduce this consistently? Does it happen on a specific level?

Hey I know I'm reviving a dead issue here, but after dealing with the problem for ages and realising it's clearly some fault on my end, I finally found the solution to my problem! The issue seemed to be moving in a direction when keys weren't pressed, especially in unity games.

It was a result of a driver in my device manager, under 'Human Interface Devices', called 'HID-compliant game controller'. I had 2 of these, I tried disabling both drivers and the issue was gone immediately. Apparently it may be connected to the program 'vjoy'. Anyway, glad I can play this game now even if it's 2 years later!

Heya, 4 days later and I've literally just completed it, 790 stars! This game was everything I'd hoped it to be, such a zen yet intense experience, thanks for creating it! Guess it was worth waiting 2 years for haha. Will be sure to review.
