I've been looking at this game on the store, but I don't really see many differences other than the worse graphics, mechanics, and environment. So how is this game different?

I wanted to get this game a few months back but something stoped me so is it a dead game abonded by the devs?

Usually i just use vsync but this doesnt seem to have the option and when my monitor only displays 60fps i would rather not run the game at 1200 fps (no sense taxing the card, drawing more power and dealing with what i am told is "coil whine" when my monitor can not even display it lol)...
