I managed to reach S rank on Ekoro's full route and followed the guide available here but I only got the ok ending. Does using continue reduces the affection?

My game keeps crashing at the exact same spot and I can't progress. During the story mode after you find out Maya and Shinobu are demon hunters, the MC goes "The one I really like is..." and I'm assuming it wants you to make a choice, but my game just crashes and the game closes. I'm not sure if this is an issue caused by the fact I'm playing on a Virtual Machine, but the game runs smoothly up to that point so idk. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?...

When I play the event "Her majesty Shinobu", I don't have any problem to shoot the little demons, but I am suffering with "suffer and squirm" I am trying to scrub so fast as much I can and I checked the mouse sensitivity. Ofc, I tried another way to scrub my mouse. But I can't reach over 5 times, even if I do it so hard for several times.. Btw, I am playing this game with PC and using my mouse....
