If you need technical support, The Lord of the Rings: Adventure Card Game has an in-game Contact Us form. You can use it to report bugs, request support, or let us know about any other issues you might run into.

(Note that you can certainly still let us know about issues in the Steam Forums, too.)

To use this contact form, navigate to the settings menu and click on the small word bubble in the bottom-right corner. This will take you to the Helpshift page, with a work-in-progress FAQ. Click on the red “CONTACT US” button and fill this form out to submit a formal request.

In your request, please include both your Asmodee ID and your Playfab User ID. Both of these tags can be found in the settings menu in the bottom left-hand corner. These numbers will help us track down your specific case and help you on an individual basis.

If you do run into a bug... before you relaunch your game. Please grab your logs!

Exit the game (but do not relaunch the game.) Then go to... Console Output [PC]: C:\Users*Username*\AppData\LocalLow\Fantasy Flight Games\The Lord of the Rings - Adventure Card Game\output_log.txt

If you do not see the "AppData" folder in your user directory:

Select the "view" tab on your file explorer. Tick on the "Hidden Items" checkbox to show hidden items.

If you are on a Mac Computer, this is located in: /Users/YourUserName/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

If you don’t see the “Library” folder in your home directory: Navigate to your Home
folder in Finder.

Select View.

Show View Options Click the radial button for "Show Library Folder".

And please copy that file to another folder. When you submit your request on HelpShift! our team will greatly appreciate you having that file.
