Any method of getting the missing DLC?

Title says it all. I'm gonna try to mess around with the config and maybe steamEMU but that's all I have in mind.

Much of it, really. 8 paint scheme packs. Darlington throwback pack. Pit pass 1-4. 2 spotter packs. Playoff packs.
