smart ai so low dif ai is harder than most lower ai keep inmind when setting dif. skirmisher makes for a better setting for ai as harder. get ya minds round that.

I reinstalled this just to give it another shot and I've already noticed a lot of things that make me not want to play it.
UI is not very good or sizable and should scale larger than it does.
Tutorial is lack luster and not detailed and on point enough.
You can clearly tell while playing it, it's trying to be like Supreme Commander except it's worse in every way.
There's not a good color contrast in it graphically to be able to see what's going on due to the scale of the game and size of the units along with their little UI elements. This is an issue of colors and elements blending together far too much to tell things apart.
This game feels more like the example of an unfinished product that simply looks good enough based on its cover to be purchased but the content of its character is lacking when you delve further.

Enjoyed it as a single player campaign.

Playing on hardest difficulty its challenging enough to have a good time.

Wished the game would simply have much more single player content, ramping up different scenarios in the DLC , but that was overall underwhelming.

To have a nice story to follow with big maps, thats really all you need for hours of enjoyment.

Would love a new instance of this game, bigger, better and a focus on single player, as we sadly get so many multiplayer RTS games that are not as impressive.

Games like Planetary Annihilation pushed into a 3D planetary sized RTS experience, which would probably work really nicely with Ashes of singularity, bringing the massive Dreadnoughts into the sky and space between multiple planets to expand the scale further.

Beyond all Reason is a free RTS that this game could draw much inspiration from, a combination of Ashes and BAR would be the pinnacle of Large-Scale-RTS games.
