What's the state of the game, honestly?

I bought this game at it's steam inception and regretted it. I still own it, is it at a state it would be actually worth my time in terms of playing it?

What DLCs would you guys recommend if it really is in a playable state?

No.
I feel like regions and dynamic engine will come out no sooner than... maybe in 2-3 years (given the development doesn't die before that). And that'll probably be enough to be worth playing.

Thanks for asking. As the dev I don't think i'm qualified to answer if it is worth your time, other players will have to do that.

I'm still working on the core game, adding features. We're a long way from DLC.
