I went to launch the game, and it crashes not even 2 seconds in. I see a little bit of the initial logo of the devs, or whatever, and it just crashes. How can I fix this?

I completed Darksiders Warmastered Edition and earned all achievements. I wanted to experience the classic one as well, Darksiders: Wrath of War, and I only had 'Dark Rider' achievement left. bug in darksiders I, the main menu selector keeps rotating continuously making it difficult to choose an option. When I can press continue, the game loads where I left off but the war keeps going in circles and the camera is facing up. I checked if there is any problem with the joystick, keyboard or mouse, they are all ok. I tested other games, including Darksiders II, everything was ok. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persisted....
