Control Signal Amplifier 3 lines

I see on the leader board that someone was able to do the Control Signal Amplifier board in 3 lines and I need to know if it's possible, and if so how!?!? I've been trying to figure it out for days and If you can nudge me in the right direction that would be great

Instead of multiplying input numbers try to associate them with appropriate values.

As a hint (because I've managed it and am *very* proud of it) it is a cost 5 solution.

The hint I would give is that the simple solution covers all input values, but I think all of the optimised solutions use the fact that there are actually only 3 input values presented. I have a 3 line solution and a (different) 146 power solution.
