fixed font size
it's 2016, NOBODY SANE CAN ASSUME ANYTHING ABOUT THE SIZE OF MY DISPLAY OR ITS RESOLUTION

THAT'S WHY THERE MUST BE CHOICE OF FONT SIZES OR THE GAME MUST BE FULLY SCALABLE

THANKS FOR LETTING THE WHOLE WORLD KNOW YOU DEVELOPED THIS ON 24"

It's clearly 2020 though.

We can infer quite a lot about your keyboard, though.

They can't offer a choice of font sizes, because it would make the game signfiantly easier (or completely impossible) -- the number of lines of text permitted per part, the number of character per line, and the size of the parts (relative to the background) are all key components in the difficulty of the game.

Um.... thats kind of nonsense, just scale stuff accordingly...

nope
tis 100 / spacechem both were scaling everything

workaround for now for me is to pick 1360xwhatever resolution, but that makes everything blurry, since the scaling/gfx were not taken care of (how much more work it could be to make everything in 3 different resolutions - yep, the game only supports 3 and all of them are 16:9, another incorrect assumption..)

just imagine playing this on 15" laptop.. impossible

it's 45cm x 15cm approx so that my fingers (i'm 185cm high and my fingers are sized appropriately) would fit there nicely, it's also high profile, of course

manufacturer made some pretty fine assumptions about the way i use it (with my fingers that are attached to 185cm high human)

Yeah this text readability is utterly horrendous. Zachtronics' SpaceChem port on Android has NO text/GUI scaling whatsoever. It's literally unplayable on a phone.

On Apple OSX, you can use the system zoom function:

How to enable Zoom magnification in macOS
Click the Apple logo in the Menu Bar, and select System Preferences.
Click on Accessibility.
In the left-hand column, select Zoom. It will be under the Vision section, near the top of the list.
Tick the checkbox next to "Use scroll gesture with modifier keys to zoom"

Makes it at least possible to play on high DPI laptop screens.

Hope this helps :)
