We are still working on this problem but we didnt find the solution yet, if you want to try in window.

Settings.txt and is very easy to change.
Add or change

Resolution { x x } , is the resolution of the screen but you need to add a valid resolution.
Fullscreen { x }, 0 is windowed and 1 is fullscreen

use for window something like that

Resolution { 1280 720 }
Fullscreen { 0 }

This file is on "%appdata%/casualbrothers/thewesterner" and then into the folder of your user name.

It's still black screen and the game starts fullscreen even if i added Fullscreen { 0 }, but i managed to change the language into Italian at least
