Game is forcing me to play on monitor 1. How do I move this to monitor 2?

Can anyone help me with this issue?

This game opens itself on monitor 1 and will not allow me to drag it over to monitor 2.

When I select window mode, there is no border to catch and drag, so when I touch the screen it just moves the characters vision around instead.

Im using windows 10/11

Update* In case someone else reads this later and has the same issue.

I went into my settings and lowered the resolution and that allowed me to access the window around the game so that I was able to drag it to monitor 2.

Once on monitor 2, I brought my resolution back to full quality that my graphics card could use.

Hope this helps someone.
