The A class related achievement ("Master Driver") does not pop after winning all normal A class races. Does anyone know, if it shows up under other conditions?

Since nobody is playing, someone else wants to get the achievement for winning a full lobby game?

The confirmation button in the bottom right corner of the game is not mapped and cannot start the game for help

My Steam controller is working fine for my other games, but I can't get past the opening screen unless I turn the controller after the game is loaded. And even then I can't get past the next screen because the game doesn't respond to the controller. Help!...
