When i use jack, it just starts using up all my memory gigs. I have 32 and when idle it usually uses around 6-8 gigs. When i have jack open, after around 20-30 minutes it will sstart using 20-25 gigs of memory for no reason. Any help?

I'm very sorry that the stable version hasn't been updated for ages. I see there is a bunch of negative reviews because of that. However, there is a beta version which is still under development, with lots of fixes and some new features, and even with MacOS support. Most updates come for Windows version though, but anyway it is fresher than the stable one.
