It means how likely the track is to be selected during random selection. If there are two tracks, one with weight 1 and second with a weight 10, the second one is ten times more likely to be selected

volume 1 = 100%
Spatial Blend

Spatial blend and parameter distance for 3D effect.
These parameters shouldn't be used with regular music played in the background; they may work in unpredictable ways.

Crew stress level
Battle music will be triggered at higher values (0,8-3)
Depth

Diving depth of the boat
Min 0 / Max 2 and your music will be played as long as you the boat on the surface
Min 5 / Max 15 and your music will be played while being at periscope depth
Target Depth

Commanded dive depth on the depth meter
Set min/max to 80/140 m and the music will be played if the depth meter is set in this range
Sun Zenith
0-200
0 if the sun is exactly at the zenith
90 if the sun is exactly at the horizon
180 if the sun is exactly opposite to the zenith.
Set the value to 200 if the song is to be played without a time limit.

@moody: I don't think this is the correct thread for you question. There is a bug report thread somewhere over there *nods in the general direction of the forum*
don't click inside. Move the mouse over the cell and change the value with Ctrl+mouse wheel.
