does days matter like will I lose event or the game will end on a 100 or something?

Days don't matter as far as I can tell. But I got 100% in the game with 39 days, so maybe there is a limit.

There is also a bug or translation mistake in the "Gravestone" . It claims to give Dragon Knight's Souls & Black Stones, but I only got Dragon Knight's Souls and White Stones from it.

There is only one ending and as far as romance goes there is two scenes in the entire game and they are not actually romantic going more for the comic effect.
