An upgrade that adds Alpacas to Llama ranches, increasing production efficiency quite a bit and making them provide fun for tourists, but removing the ability to upgrade them to factory farms would be cool.

Of course this should be accompanied with Alpacas appearing alongside Llamas on those upgraded ranches!
