If more DLC's comes, i hope for.

Military DLC.

In military DLC, el presidente could manage for first time, build tropican navy and air force to defend tropico dream. Also rebels should have in cold war and modern times vehicles to transport rebels. I find it weird it didin't happend. Building air force i mean fighters, bombers and helicopters. By navy well ships...

Torusim DLC.

I know previous DLC's had some tourism improvements, but why not make step further and bring back Zoo, Museum or bring some new stuff.

Piracy DLC.

Why not bring back in colonial era, some piracy theme? An new faction around pirates that would be alternative way to move into world wars era.

Olympic DLC.

I know olympic is far over, but why el president shouldn't try heist olympics bring them to Tropico?

I think the problem with having mobilized rebels is that they would get to their target, destroy it and finish their operation before you could mobilize your counter rebellion offensive. I believe in the earlier iteration of Tropico 6, this was the problem prior to mobile infantry in the barracks was introduced. You could never keep up with the rebels and they always won because you had to wait until exactly 4 infantry men were ready and able at the barracks before they would deploy.
