In tropico tourists take over all entertainment buildings so my tropicans can't restore stats
any fix, tropicans only tick would be good.

Build more entertainment buildings, you know how many tourists are on the island at any time and control their max with number of places they can stay.

You're not supplying enough entertainment for both tourists and tropicans.

Tourist kids flood movie theaters and funfair piers lol i spammed enough cocktail bars so all is good
