What's the reasoning behind that? Are they just trying to make money on people who are unaware of this?

just stating my opinion and why i've stopped watching RWBY from then on because of what happened by the middle and end it was good in the beginning but after what I saw at the end it took RWBY out of my second favorite shows slot , please no hater comments, please and thank you , p.s. I'm not a fan of the kinda villain that Cinder is in the story AKA a Villain that gets what they want with noone to stop them...

I am probably asking a silly question, but I just don't get it. While I kinda understand the animosity towards 1+2 being paid, since it is legally free on their site. Why hate on movies in general being on Steam? Cause it's streamed? Isn't Netflix streamed? and not available offline? (I dunno, I don't use netflix) I don't see people getting all pissy over Netflix. What is the actual difference? Because they want games and only games on steam? If so, that's really silly. Can I get some insight on this?...
