Rebind keyboard and mouse controls

I know you guys took a few weeks off, and that this is not high on your priority list, but I hope it's moving up. Would really like to continue playing.

All of them, but my case is unusual and too complicated to explain here. I would think you would at the very least want to accommodate left handers, which means the flexibility to put any command on any key or any mouse button.
