[SPOILERS] Johnsons

I haven't been able to find anything on this so far online. My first attempt I did not complete one of the objectives and therefore died horribly. I managed to reload an old save and now I'm having trouble getting to the trampoline in the Johnson's back yard. There is no option to climb over the wooden fence in the alley and there is additional chain link surrounding the property from next door. I've tried smashing things with a crowbar, trying to platform there, looking for keys to the house, etc, with no luck. What am I missing?

Trying climbing up onto the roof. There is a bench in the front garden you can use to get extra height. Or there is a tree next to the house you can scale to get up onto the roof.
