Is this game still in development?

I have seen this on steam for years and yet I have seen no news for a number of years?

So let this be a definitive thread.

Is this game still be developed?

I'm not asking for a release date or anything of the sort just confirmation from the developer whether the developer is still developing or not.

i guess you got your answer. either dev is dead or gave up. didnt even have the decency to say if he gave up. and if its not dead then ill definitely not be buying the game because of the lack of communication, if this ever does release and into early access ill laugh my head off
