Maybe that means they are finally finished with it? Can't say I can blame them, Dark Eldar were like the last classic race left. The only races left now are the newer race; Chaos Daemons, Votann, Custodes, and I think Genestealers, though I'm not sure if they are in that weird limbo zone where they aren't actual an official faction still.

lets hope for the Imperial Guard in Battlesector!

Well new for Tabletop. They were just one of those factions that existed in the lore for ages but didn't get an official army until fairly recently. Same deal with Genestealer cults, though I think they had army at one point then they were taken out in one of the editions and then added back in again.

Maybe we get a new Rainbow Space Marine Chapter. Back tot he Warp with you Games Workshop.

Fun Fact: Rainbow Warriors are one of the very first Space Marine Chapter (legion), from the earliest lore of 1987, 1st Edition of Warhammer 40,000 which — coincidentally — was called «Rogue Trader».

would have liked to see individual legions/chapters than just SM and Chaos

YES! ♥♥♥♥, YES! The last Skull Festival was awesome! I am happy to see this. If it is as good as last time, then I am thrilled and eagerly await this one too.
