Can I Get Dev's to Chime In?
Why is your match-making so bad? Do you think I have fun playing against the same cards every game just because I have certain cards in my deck? I have went up against the exact same deck for like the last 10 games in a row, because your match-making is bad and pairs me against specific decks based on how mine is built.

Would you like to come and deny this? Because when I change decks, I seem to go up against a completely different set of cards, which I will then start seeing again and again every game.

Anyways, it has gotten old so I have uninstalled. Yay community, this will be my last post here probably. Off to other games!!

No it doesn't, matchmaking does not look at your deck in any way

The devs have confirmed on many, many occasions that the matchmaker doesn't look at your deck except for the Master when playing randoms to prevent double masters. Anything you think you are experiencing is simply coincidence.

Check this thread for a dev reply confirming this:

Have you ever played a multiplayer game? There is this thing called META stands for most effective tactic available. Quite often in PVP games people will build around this META and that means you will see often the same tactics or decks many times around the same rank. If you are playing one particular kind of deck and you won many games then yes you will now see many people playing counter to your deck because they would also like to win. Now it is your turn to evolve and change your deck to be able to defeat theirs and back and forth it will go

the issue isnt matchmaking placing you against certain decks, however it lies in the fact that barely anyone still plays this game, the ones that do all play the strongest composition of all the strongest units, that are determined as balance changes happen, but with the leaderboards, i know when i return to play a few matches id rather play with a composition of cards that is strong and has a chance to win, this happens a few times all of a sudden the last 50 people interacting with the game, are all running the same types of decks, and master comps

just try doing premade and go against strombringer ratbo all day

I do not think they are using the cards you are using to decide who to pit your against, but I do believe that if you are doing too well, they will try to match you against people that can beat you.

I think that in their mind, they think this makes matches fair. Of course, a dev could look at the hidden ELO of all of the top players and compare that with the top ELO. If the top players are not the top ELO, then they will 100% know that their matchmaking is actually picking winners and losers.

match making definiteli checks your and oponents deck , doesnt hapen all the time but its one of the reasons i stoped playing (470 h played and it was a thing even when the game was popular))

(no it doesn't)

The games population is low. So what is happening is the person or teams opponents will be bots a lot of the time, if not queue would be hours right now. I have seen NOTHING to say ones teammate is a bot, just the opponents. Bots play a certain way. I play a lot of practice, my version of solitaire, when i am bored. And I noticed two things with bots. Bot matches WILL always use the same cards or cards that always seem to counter ones own AND they will use Blood Imps a lot. Humans have a much more variety and usually are not dumb enough to use Blood Imps.

So the problem for this is I think are bad bots more then the matchmaking. Also as I said I have NOT seen any bot teammates in random, just opponents. We simply need more players. Even 600 or 800 would be so helpful with this.

So try this. Create three playable, kick ass decks. Alternate with them. Especially when the population is down to 230 or something. You'll see some difference. Just remember bots are bots and only as smart as their programmer.

You are only ever paired up with a teammate bot if your opponents are also bots. Bot matches are also designed to be incredibly easy to win, so if you're struggling...

(also blood imps is one of the best cards in the game)

Didn't say they where hard to win lol. But There are bot opponents in random teams. I don't solo so not sure. The only thing Blood Imps do is die and damage their masters tower, even over damage. Though they do look cool. So are you saying that a bot team mate in random is possible if both opponents are bots?

You can see the patterns with these matches. There are not enough players, matchmaking tries to match based on elo or close to it, not everyone is at the same elo level. Since not all play random teams or solo the population for those is even lower (Some play Draft, Adventures, etc.) So it is easier to pick up on patterns. There are bot opponents in random teams. I mean ranked random teams.
