Dead Body Trick Glitch
The second sync trick level requires the dead body trick but I don't have it unlocked and I'm already at max level. How do you unlock it?
UPDATE: I found that you unlock it after beating the boss on the Sand Wonderland tour. I already beat him but I didn't unlock the trick. What is up with that? Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the same issue but with 3 different tricks. I am at max level also and I don't know why but I have not unlocked the bike flip, the windmill, or the lazyboy. I am trying my hardest to figure out why I haven't unlocked these tricks because I really wish to perform them. I have also had the game completed for a long amount of time.
