I know there is an issue with saving the game if your pc username has non-english letters in it and that there are some "fixes" to this problem but none of them worked for me. Simple guide to any amount of money or other cheats: 1. Go to the game directory, then into game directory. 2. Create new file with any name ending with .rpy extension. 3. Inside write: define config.developer = True 4. start the game 5. Wait for the game to start (ie when you can move around) 6. Press Ctrl+D 7.
