Keyboard Lagging

There is significant delay between the time I press a key on the keyboard and the action in the game. I am running this on a Virtual Machine - Windows 10. I understand that it might be caused because of that, but this makes the game unplayable for me. Are you planning to release a Mac OS X port for the game in the direct future? Another non related thing is that every time I re-open the game I have to watch again the intro without being able to skip it, which is annoying....
