What's wrong with this game ?

So, I wanted to play a bit with a friend, trying to create some content for youtube and/or twitch, but we've been unable to play because I couldnt' find a way to play with controller + keyboard. If you use the controller, that same controller wants to control also player 2, and you aren't able to join with keyboard. Idk if it's a bug or something, but it's annoying for sure. If there's a way to avoid this, please tell me...

Hello my son changed the resolution yesterday and now we get an error because our TV can't display the resolution. Other than running the PC to another house with a better TV is there a file to delete with the settings? I deleted the game deleted the folder in steam and then found 2 registry files in the registry and deleted them and that didn't work. Has anyone found the file I am looking for?...
