Basically in MC game character sprite is defaulting to the human 1 sprite. Has anyone experienced this, and how do I get it to display correctly?

Just got both endings, almost all character quests and interactions and damn... this was an amazing ride. I will look back at it with nostalgia for sure, amazing experience. This entire story could be an amazing comic/manga honestly, the moments of character interactions and events felt so special, although i do wish i did not have to follow a guide to not miss out on all these scenes. Anyway, I love this game, easily one of my faves...

upon escaping prison, my companion mentioned going to a fishing village to find some boats. there were two things missing in this village; the boats a fishing mechanic what did the devs mean by this?

so I tried the hold down the button for rushing actions / reckless actions I have not really been liking it but still playing around with it and I was in my stronghold buying stuff from my merchants when I somehow attacked one of the merchants and it's because it was a reckless action by holding down the mouse button and immediately after I accidentally attacked the Merchant it became hostile and all the units in the stronghold started counting as units so over in combat log it just said (insert name) uni...
