Warning: Potential heavy Spoilers.
I like all four, though two (or three) are potentially dangerous if they lose control over themself: Nao and Sakuya/Kyoto.
It´s so hard to chose which is my favorite, but i think Kaede and Nao would be close together. And the more interesting route would be Nao:
Nao is deep inside a hurt little child, which is desparately caring for and dependent on her sister. Thats explains her own ending in a way. Imagine this: You grew up in a Prisonlike Environment surrounded by Scientist, which treat you like an Object, and you don´t even have a NAme, until you meet the very first Person, which not only Cares for you, but even gives you an actual Name and Identity.
Of Course this doesnt excuse everything she did, but seeing the Facts: She didnt murder anyone, and the first time she took Asukas Memory it was for her very own good. I think she deserves a good Life with her Sister, and since they are not blood related its not even incest.
Thats my little Pledoyer for Nao. But all good Ending-Options have very very good points on their Side. I Would be glad if anyone else would share his/her Oppinion with us.
