C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PLANET ALPHA\PlanetAlpha\Binaries\Win64\PlanetAlpha-Win64-Shipping.exe and go to "Properties". Then go to the "Compatibility" tab en go to "Change high DPI settings". Check both options and then it will run correctly.

This worked for me on Windows 11 with a 12th generation i7.
Thanks for posting/. Sad this game seemingly has been forsaken by it;s developers.

Didn't work for me either. I can load the intro splash screen, but that is it. It is at the incorrect resolution and I cant see any menu options which I assume are in the lower right hand corner, off the screen. the game is unplayable in this state.

I've figured it out. At least for me. In the settings menu, you actually have to click on "Video" for there to be a drop down menu for resolution sizes and Full Screen modes. I thought it was a one size fits all thing previously. The developers didn't really make it obvious. So clicking Full Screen, along with mroberti's DPI settings fix did the trick for me. Thanks!
