Crashes 10-15 seconds into the game

I tried this when it was first released, then I happened to see it and I thought maybe it was playable now, but I'm crashing about 15 seconds into the game everytime. Any suggestions?

tried to fix this issue for my 7th gen intel but it doesn't work and my game still crashes 1 minute in. Any other solutions?
