Yo I want to make Fallout 3 fused with Daggerfall. both games allow character's creation and outfit changes. How would I implement this? when I looked it up on Google it mostly talked about dev character creation.

When you walk up to the Inn event it asks if you want to sleep and if you say yes, you get a long black screen while you 'sleep'. Is there a way to put a custom 'load' screen here instead? I'd like to have artwork from the game and/or tooltips there but I am scratching my head at how to modify the event....
