Imagine WASD as the arrow keys for the motion inputs if that helps, most 1 bar supers are some form of quarter circle forward, or backward, or Z input followed by A+B which for keyboard would be the J and O keys at the same time. Each character has different inputs for their 1 bar supers, but the 3 bar supers all have the same input which is double quarter circle forward B+C which for keyboard would be the O and I keys.
