I don't have any access to the downloads section in game or on the launcher and if i tried to access it on the launcher the launcher crashes and if i tried to download in game it just says it's trying to download but not actually download anything.

I've been trying to understand the issue being on Linux for the last year and a bit without having any answers to explain it. i can't seek help for it because it's not a windows issue and i've been trying to find anything to help me outside that.

i'd love to have the ability to get access to the downloads section without the launcher crashing or the downloads not faillng to download.

EA can go to all the trouble to set out a new patch for the Alder Cake CPU processors for windows users, yet not provide any further support for anything else in their rather shoddy designed game.
