the constant crashes make it impossible to enjoy, already lowering the graphic quality to make it past a single zone help but not by much.

Masterpiece

Borderline unplayable on modern computers. Even with patch mods installed I can't get the game to run properly. When its not crashing on start or in the very beginning, it consistently crashes in and after Ostagar meaning I can't get past the opening hours of the game despite multiple attempts at fixing things. If you buy it be prepared to install multiple patches for the bugs and memory leak issue, and even with them installed it may just not work anyway and run very unstable like mine did.

It's a travesty such a classic game can't be played anymore, and with the Dragon Age team fired we're never getting a remaster either. Really unfortunate.
