ps5/ps4/xbox1 controllers not working with the game. Have tried all of said controllers.

Anyone knows how to fix the issue? Steam does recognize all three controllers and they usually work just fine on other steam games with controller support.

Can add the Nintendo Switch Pro controller on that list of input devices that don't work. Seems to be a long running issue the developers have no desire to fix.

Ive seen some people recommend installing vjoy, however I found a fix where you do not need to install anything.

Go to steam settings > Controller > General Controller Settings then check the boxes on EVERYTHING to have controller support enabled for any device you can think of. Doing this made the game start working with my xbox 360 controller.

The devs should really get on this considering my xbox one, xbox 360, and GuliKit controllers all did not work without enabling this feature.
Thank you to valve for going out of their way to fix devs problems.
