✅✅✅✅I really liked the game itself, great graphics, action elements with great sound, already known from the first part of Dead Space, and like it or not it really creates a great atmosphere. The creators improved the hero's controls, improved camera movements and added some different varieties of Necromorphs. The plot is very good, I liked the ending, it's a great twist and a surprise. Okay, time to sum it up and give an overall rating.

✅Audiology and text logs found in the game allow us to learn the history of some people.
✅Great action throughout the game.
✅Nicely introduced logical puzzles.
✅Slight increase in difficulty level.
✅The atmosphere in the game is very good.
✅And of course, a big plus is the carnage in the game.

Dead Space 2 holds up. After completing and adoring the first game's remake, I wanted to go back and relive what I thought of as a classic and it's still great. I will continue to hold on to the hope that DS2 will also receive an amazing and improved remake even if it looks less and less likely as time goes on.

A glorious sequel to an already great game. It does everything the first game did, but arguably better.

Dead Space 2 is the 2011 sequel to Dead Space, continuing Isaac's story in another battle to escape a horrific outbreak and cultists who want to use him for things outside of his control.

DS2 tries to be more ambitious than its predecessor and it succeeds in spades. Gameplay is polished to a mirror sheen, being much more responsive and quick-paced, with the addition of telekinetically launching items you pick up back at enemies, including their own limbs. Bosses are just as grandiose and fun as the first game's, as well as the addition of dynamic setpieces that get your blood pumping.

The story is a follow-up of Isaac's experiences in the first game. He is hounded by a rabid cult for information he never wanted to know, and is haunted by visions of his past failures and traumas. He has to once again escape alive, or suffer a fate worse than death either by the undead or other people.

Excellent game. Buy at full price.

Great game. More of everything good from the first one. Played through on deck with no issues. If you liked the first, play it.
