Fixed issue where you unlocked the campaign deck achievements in the wrong order

On first boot (or deletion of your config file) the game will ask if you want to play the Tutorial. Choosing yes will immediately put you into a battle with the tutorial up.
Full screen mode now works correctly.
A borderless option has been added to the config menu.
A new config option called "Extra Effects" with values "None", "Some", and "All". "None" means no extra effects added since release. "Some" is the pulsating card effect when you could keep a card. "All" includes "Some" plus a large card swoosh in when an action or succession card is played.
You can now pick what princess (or princess twins) you want on the main menu from the config menu! Options include "Default", "Random", and one for each Princess.
Links to the Steam Forum and Discord are in the main menu (and only work in the main menu)
Fixed instances of Ohka being called Ouka by mistake.

When dragging a card near your Domain a glowing/pulsating effect will be added to it when it is in the area that Keeps the card. This is a visual cue to stop yourself from accidentally playing the card if you aren't over the domain area.

Due to our server being in Japan, decks selected by players of the Japanese version will appear in Japanese. Japanese version players will also have their titles appear in Japanese. Furthermore, sometimes messages in the logs are in Japanese since they're sent from the Japanese client. We are looking into being able to rectify this.
Pursuant the above, the web Ranking system is also in Japanese.
There are many pre-built Heart of Crown decks to try out; but a deck editor which shipped with the original Japanese retail version will be implemented in English in coming weeks.

Reported Bugs:

The Evicted Monster card trigers the Rampart Defensive Ability even though the Rampart shouldn't be able to defend against the card. This is being looked into.
