Newbie. HELP! Difficulty moving around.
I'm at the beginning of the tutorial, stuck in front of the desk. I can't move in any direction. Am I missing something? I have the two cameras in the inventory. Is there something else I should be doing, or is it a Steam Deck related bug?

I'd appreciate a clue! I feel like an idiot. :steamfacepalm: Thank you.

Normally, you move with clicking on the screen with your mouse to the desired destination. Because of this, I'm not sure this game is compatible with Steam Deck...

Thank you so much for replying! Another game that’s “Steam Deck Verified”, but doesn’t perform properly. I was looking forward to this one. It’s weird, as I’ve played several that aren’t verified without issues. I wonder what Steam is basing verification on.

I guess it's in their interests to have more games steam deck verified than not, but yeah there should be a due process for this. Maybe by twicking some settings it works?
But yeah this game has somewhat old mechanics anyway. You can only use the mouse, you can't even move with the keyboard, you can't manual save, etc. Maybe beholder 2 (very different from 1) or 3 (way closer to 1) could work with steam deck? If you really wanna get into the series.
