I see, I take it Steam take down games as soon as claims are made?
Ah, instead of doing that, wouldn't I suggest Hush to use this time to think over what to make the game better and improve on it BEFORE putting it back up?
As it is, the game right now, is clearly a reskin of FNAF, you've been told multiple times about it. To get a better response from everyone, just improve on the game, FINISH the game then put it up. You know... that way you can avoid a court battle? Does this make any sense to you?
Or is it you're fighting to put the game back up to get more money off of very little work?
Is the new update even remotely going to change the game from being a perfect copy of FNAF1? Like a different style altogether? Or is it still be a reskin but with just a shiny new thing on it? I'd say, personally, you're better off just revamping the game, it'll take longer but at least you'll avoid court battles.
Unless you record a short video showing the new update to let the players see that it IS different.
Well that's a start, though I still say to use the time right now to develop the game and its possible free roam. Heck even Scott is trying to encourage HUSH to be unique.
