Official response from the developers?
Seeing that The Dolls cannot be bought anymore. Whats the reason for this? Back to the drawing board? Legal action? Steam removing it? I did wonder why there was no official response to legal action by Scott beforehand. It doesn't show confidence to me in your own standing.

I see, I take it Steam take down games as soon as claims are made?

Ah, instead of doing that, wouldn't I suggest Hush to use this time to think over what to make the game better and improve on it BEFORE putting it back up?

As it is, the game right now, is clearly a reskin of FNAF, you've been told multiple times about it. To get a better response from everyone, just improve on the game, FINISH the game then put it up. You know... that way you can avoid a court battle? Does this make any sense to you?

Or is it you're fighting to put the game back up to get more money off of very little work?

absolutly we are thinking of implementing a new way of playing the game and yes that made perfect sense we want to add a new game play on top of what it is now thats why were fighting to get it back up then we can work on getting the update out for everyone and get it taken more seriously

Is the new update even remotely going to change the game from being a perfect copy of FNAF1? Like a different style altogether? Or is it still be a reskin but with just a shiny new thing on it? I'd say, personally, you're better off just revamping the game, it'll take longer but at least you'll avoid court battles.

Unless you record a short video showing the new update to let the players see that it IS different.

Well that's a start, though I still say to use the time right now to develop the game and its possible free roam. Heck even Scott is trying to encourage HUSH to be unique.
