Only way to play this now is with RPCS3.
Basically the same game, not sure if the PS3 one had heart attack mode, but I think it did.

They just updated RPCS3 so this has netplay now, you can play online with it.

OR2006C2C is now Abandonware so it is now available for everyone.
On Google search for "myabandonware"
