Hi folks,
since some people had problems with game crashing I'm making this guide :)
1. If you have Avast (or some other antivirus / firewall) it may collide with game engine and crash, turning it off will not help in most cases because it keeps the processes running in the background, I recommend uninstalling it (restart windows required) and if it doesn't help check next points.
2. Make sure the account have administrator rights and try to run the demolish.exe file in steamapps\common\Demolish & Build Company as administrator.

3. Try compatibility modes e.g. Windows 7 , XP or 98/me:
steamapps\common\Demolish & Build Company and right click on the .exe, selecting Properties from the menu. Select the Compatibility tab: Choose Windows 98/me compatibility mode. Then run the game.

4. Check integrity of your game files on steam. If it's not 100% you need to remove local files and install the game again.
