i tried multiple times to save but no go i uninstalled and reinstalled but no go i played through first ship and got to escape pod but would not save. please help. thank you

heya, I would like to get back to the game, start a new save but I am concerned - will there be a wipe for 1.0? I found some old info from like 2017 there should be no wipes but it's been a long time. Please legit, concrete info only, no speculation or wishes....

I started my (kind of) first playthrough, one remark and one question: My biggest gripe with the game is the poor visuals for the actors. The face portraits of the mercs are ok but there are too few, and it is bad that there are no portraits for the whole body. I understand that a doll which shows the different equipment may be too much effort for such an Indie Game, but there could be at least fixed portraits (like in Jagged Alliance 3). Being at least able to add my own handmade portraits would be great...

several times after playing for a while the game freezes on a dna loading screen that prevents me from doing anything else and fores me to close and restart the game

Is there a way to take possession ( own and fly, not sell ) of the ships you capture? Why would I pay millions of credits for a new ship when I can just capture a ship and do the repairs myself ? Still waiting for the "name your ship" feature. Will that be included with the third story update?...
