1. Goto "Theatre of War 2 Africa 1943" root folder inside the Steam installation.

2. Open file ww.ini with any text editor.

look for line

[core] ... window= ... fullScreen=true

3. replace true with false (fullScreen=false)

4. Save ww.ini

5. Restart game
